We aim to deliver excellent results. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns. -
Additional Support and Revisits
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, Simply Sorted Basingstoke will offer a revisit or additional support to address your concerns. Refunds will only be considered if these options do not resolve the issue. -
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:-
Change of mind or personal preference after service completion.

How to Request a Refund

Partial Refunds and Credits
Partial refunds or service credits may be offered in situations such as:-
If only part of the service was unsatisfactory and can be rectified with limited additional work.

If a client cancels with sufficient notice but some preparatory work has already been done.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent full service delivery and an alternative solution is agreed.
