A message from our founder
As the founder of Simply Sorted, I’ve always believed that cleaning should be more than just a service, it should be carried out with respect, understanding, and zero judgement. Those values are what Simply Sorted was built on, and they continue to guide everything we do.

As the business has grown, it’s become clear that our strengths are best used in commercial and specialist cleaning environments, where situations are often complex and require a calm, professional, and compassionate approach. This includes biohazard and trauma-related cleans, hoarding situations, and properties that need careful, compliant handling rather than a standard clean.

While we continue to support our existing domestic clients, our focus is now on commercial and biohazard work, allowing us to dedicate the time, training, and resources needed to carry out this specialist cleaning safely and discreetly. No matter the situation, our aim is always the same: to restore safety, dignity, and control to the space.

But we also know that formal knowledge and qualifications are important, here is a picture of our owner, Kirsty, recieving a certificate upon completion of a specialist biohazard training course! We strive to ensure continuous development and regularly complete courses so that we (and you!) can rest assured that our knowledge is always up-to-date!
