About us!
A message from our founder
As a neurodivergent mum of five, I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to keep your space clean, organised, and clutter-free - especially when life gets busy or challenges arise. That’s exactly why I created Simply Sorted!
I noticed a gap in traditional cleaning services: many expect your home to be “tidy enough” before they even arrive, and very few offer real support for issues like hoarding, clutter, or neurodiverse needs. I knew something had to change - so I decided to build it myself.
At Simply Sorted, we take a different approach than traditional cleaners. I personally hand-pick every member of our team to ensure they share our core values: kindness, empathy, and completely judgment-free support in every situation.

Our knowledge
At Simply Sorted, we know the value of being knowledgeable when it comes to our work - from knowing how to deal with tough grime to being able to handle delicate situations appropriately - we strive to continue learning and growing, as people and as a business, to ensure we can do the best work possible for our clients!

Our work truly does speak for itself, showing that we know what we are doing, even when tacking difficult jobs! But we also know that formal knowledge and qualifications are important, here is a picture of our owner, Kirsty, recieving a certificate upon completion of a specialist biohazard training course! We strive to ensure continuous development and regularly complete courses so that we (and you!) can rest assured that our knowledge is always up-to-date!
